Objective

To minimize unplanned equipment downtime in the manufacturing plant by detecting early signs of mechanical failure using IoT sensor data.

Solution

We deployed a network of vibration and temperature sensors on critical machinery. Data was streamed to a cloud-based Python backend where a Random Forest machine learning model analyzed real-time patterns. We built a dashboard for plant managers to view health scores and receive alerts for potential anomalies.
